*Middle Ages Unit 17-researched Raglan castle but did not finish the report.
Silent Reading-Harry Potter, Going For Great (american Girl book)
*We worked a bit on Storybird.

Boys-outdoor play
*Justin-attempted a science experiment with gummy bears in water, water with sugar, and water with salt.  (But he kept eating them).

Leanna:
*Listened and participated in my overview discussion with the boys about the beginning of our country (King James and George, the colonies being started, the taxes and beginning of the war.....)
*We read for about an hour and a half to two hours (felt like forever) from Heritage Studies 2 by Kimberly H. Pascoe and Dawn L. Watkins.
*Lifeskills-learning how to prepare for a trip (we discussed what needed to be done, made a list, and performed the tasks together.)
*Silent Reading-Harry Potter, American girl mysteries and some Nancy Drew
*Trip out to the store-ran into Danielle and Leanna got some new clothes that will be more flattering.

Leanna:
*we talked about the around the world safari toob-which ones she remembered without prompting, then we went to the website for a short blurb about each structure.
*Silent reading: Finished The Light in the Cellar: A Molly Mystery (American Girls) and she finished Magic Tree House: In the Deep Blue Sea. 
*She read aloud from the book Washington at valley forge to Justin (attempted to read to all the boys, but only Justin cared and paid attention)
*a bit of Long Winter Lapbook work
*Medieval  Studies Unit 17
*we read and discussed Vincent Van Gogh:Art for Children (very enjoyable discussion!  She's learning to see more from works of art!)

*Timothy-2 pages in his DK math workbook
*Justin-listened to Leanna reading about Valley Forge and my explanation of the Revolutionary War.
